I received the all-in-one printer quickly, in great condition, great packaging, which was fantastic! I was unable to setup the wireless unit without my husband's helps due to a laptop/networking issue. He setup the wireless "wifi" without too much difficulty. This is a refurbished unit and aside from a few, very little scuff marks, the unit looks brand new. Received the unit with very little black ink, so as far as print quality at this time, it's hard to tell. They sent a test print page to show how it should print, which looks very nice, but I have yet to see it. Just ordered ink online directly from [...]; cheaper than local stores even with shipping! Time (and ink) will tell :)

rip-off ink
I've had no problems with the WorkForce 600 itself, but Epson's ink prices are too high. It can cost about .00 to replace standard capacity ink cartridges, so shop around. (The WorkForce 610 uses the same cartridges.) The scanner is acceptable for my purposes.
