Recently ran out of ink on my epson workforce 600 (which btw these cartridges work for, the amazon compatibility option doesn't seem to work right) and decided to pick up refills. These high capacity ink cartridges work great. I print pretty often due to reports etc. that I need to write at home and submit so even after a hundred or so pages I haven't even dented the movement arm on the epson print window. Work great!

Highly recommend these over the regular capcity ink cartridges you'll save $$$!

While this Epson ink is more expensive than some generic ink I used to order for my old Epson printer, since purchasing the Epson Artisan 800 printer I have stuck with the recommended ink and am happy that I have. Everything I print comes out beautifully and I've had zero problems with the printer. Buying it through Amazon.com saves a few dollars, it always arrives when promised and I remain a happy Amazon.com customer.

If you want high quality prints, don't mess with third party inks. Epson ink is made for Epson printers. Don't use substitutes.

For whatever reason, the cheapo Chinese knock-off ink cartridges don't work in my Epson printers. No surprise, there. Not a bad thing either, since the fake stuff only seems to last about 1/3 as long as the genuine article. Amazon had the real stuff at competitive prices, so I am happy. The longer I shop online, the more I like - and trust - Amazon.

The Canon ink may cost more, but it is worth it for the quality and lack of mess.
One time I decided that the name brand ink was just too expensive, so I bought the cheaper generic ink. What a mistake. Every cartridge leaked from the second that it had been packaged until it was completely empty. Every time that I had to replace a cartridge I dreaded it. I had ink on me, the printer, the table, everywhere. The quality of the generic ink was also sub par.
From now on I will stick with the Canon ink.

Epson T048920 Color Ink Cartridge Multipack

I have used highly rated third-party ink in my Epson Stylus Photo R220 before, and it nearly ruined the printer. I made it through less than half the tanks before the nozzles became very clogged. After running through an entire set of cleaning solution, I replaced it with genuine Epson ink, and after 10-20 more prints, the quality finally returned. I wish there was a cheaper alternative, but for Epson printers, stick with Epson ink. Another alternative source, if you have access, is Costco.

Epson Color Multipak
Seemed to work fine, I can't tell completely because magenta
print head is clogged.


Cost much?
I am so glad Epson:
(A) Perfected the use of pigment inks for inkjet printers. The results from my C84 are lovely.
(B) Sorted out and made functional their printing software interface. (I remember when it was a bloody mess and not even the Epson field tech I chatted with had a clue how it worked.)
(C) Made the C84 a sturdy machine. (Sorry to see that certain subsequent Epson printers were built to FAIL. The C88 comes to mind).
(D) Made the C84 so I could clean up its internal ink messes all by myself. I'm crafty that way.

NOT glad Epson:
(A) Puts so little ink in their cartridges. When the box arrived I thought I must have purchased chicken feathers. Huh?
(B) Charge so much. Arm and a leg much?

Therefore, I only use my good old C84 for very special purposes. I use some other POS printer with dirt cheap ink for my daily printing.

great color
I tried cheaper ink but the colors never seemed right and seemed to fade much too quickly. I will stick with Canon ink and enjoy the photos I print.


I'll use them again
Best price out there for this item when I bought it. Seems like individual cartridges had been repackaged but works fine.


Bargain
The cartridges are N (new) but they are also NIB (not in box). Who cares though. They are genuine Canon, they work great and they are very reasonably priced.
