Higher price doesn't always mean higher quality. I could tell, from the moment I took them out of the box, that these are nicely built. While this set is my first Mediabridge item, I can say that my first impressions are quite high. It is also nice that they offer a variety of lengths so that you don't have excess cable when you don't need it. Nothing's worse than having a rat's nest of cables behind an entertainment center, or in the walls.

This HDMI cable.....
Well I purchased this cable after it was recommended to me by my friend. It was pretty good. After a few months the golden part that was connected to my ps3 started loosening up and until today it still worked. But when i tried disconnecting my ps3 it finally fell off. Maybe it was a bad cable, because my friend has had his longer and its still prefect. Other than this happening, its a good cable with good sound/picture quality.
Get the right cable
Be sure you know which version of HDMI cable you need. Samsung BD-C6500 DVD with built in WiFi needs a 1.3c HDMI or higher. Amazon nor Samsung does not tell you about this needed cable for accurate connectivity.

No self-respecting geek should be without some spare network cables. However, when I found myself in need of a few Ethernet cables I looked in places like Radio Shack to see what I could find. Basically "The Shack" wanted to charge something like for a single 12 foot or so cord. It seemed to me like you ought to be able to pick up a bag of 5 or 6 medium length cables for that amount. These things have become fairly basic and universal, like power cords, but retailers still charge premium prices for them. One alternative is to get a 1000ft roll and crimp your own cables to suit. I haven't done this yet but it remains an option. Instead I visited Amazon and found I could get 9 of these 15 ft. cables (@ .99 ea.) for 26.91, shipped. They arrived in a few days and since then I've had the opportunity to try a few and they all worked fine. So, all I can say is, I would recommend this vendor and this product.

Good price, great product

Excellent ethernet cable
Both major ethernet suppliers in this area are loath to make home calls just for a ethernet cable. Confined to a residential care home means I have to do most of my "shopping" on the net. When this ethernet cable arrived and it was hooked up, this little Aspire One computer picked up speed about 50% right away. It costs a _lot_ less that what Comcast charged for the visit. A good cable is essential, from what I've read and this one appears to be good for years. A very good buy and well worth the few dollars it cost.

I was having problems with my XBox HDMI cable losing its signal to the TV and I decided to try swapping out cables. Instead of buying an expensive Monster cable or going to Best Buy to purchase a 4' cable for , I spent about with shipping on the MediaBridge cable. It works FLAWLESSLY. I also bought a 15' MediaBridge HDMI cable for about and used that as my main receiver to TV cable. The same length cable at Best Buy was over 0.
The quality of these cables appears to be great. I have had no signal loss or degradation in the past two months of using them. I highly recommend these cables.

Not too shabby!
While there is a huge difference between poorly constructed cables and the better ones, there is no guarantee that the more expensive ones are better built. For the money, these cables stand-up to most consumer/business needs. The variety of lengths that Mediabridge offers is nice, since it's a pain to have 6+ miles of extra cable to hide or manage behind an entertainment system, or stuff into the walls!

Great cables low price
Plan and simple, these cables are great and work. You don't need high end expensive cables to get the job done. These cable work and made very well. I did see the difference from a lower end model ver1, these are v2a and video and sound are much better plus they support 1080p at high bandwith and high amounts of data being passed plus high HZ. The video & sound on my Samsung pn58c500 is beautiful, XBOX rocks with games in 1080p and streaming Netflix looks much better, more so when I get in HD.

I was a bit skeptical about buying an HDMI cable online at fist, because I went to best buy and they usually ran for -%100 for the top of the line HDMI cables. But the Mediabridge blew me away. Using it to connect to my playstation 3 and my laptop PC is so easy. The quality of the video and sound is also very crisp and clean. There's no hiccups and it's a flatout great HDMI cable. Highly recommended because you won't find any HDMI cables of this quality ANYWHERE else for this price.

This isn't the only Mediabridge cable I have ever purchased. I also bought the Mediabridge HDMI cable, and I am completely satisfied with their quality construction. Mediabridge is giving Belkin a run for their money. Can you believe that similar cables are at Walmart? Note to Self: Buy all your cables on Amazon, and you'll save a fortune!

Great and cheap
Paid less than for this and had free shipping. It works fine and was a perfect length from my printer placed on an entertainment center next to my desk where the computer is placed. Great deal compared to electronics stores.

I bought this printer cable to replace my old one that somehow got bent. This one works great, no problems! The price is unbeatable! Stores charge you .99-.99 for the same type of cable! These are simple cables that work. I bought three. All were the right length. All worked.
The only issue I had is that the grip area is a little thicker than most other Toslink cables I've seen, so when I initially tried to connect to my Roku HD-XR (there is an abnormally small amount of free space around the port on this box), I could not push the cable in far enough to get it to lock in place. Eventually, I tried an existing cable I had in my set-up, got that to lock and then re-tried this cable and was able to lock it into place without further issue. Apparently, there was a combined issue with the virgin port and the lack of open space around it.
Final word: The cable works, it's a good deal.

Looks, smells, acts like an optical audio cable.
This is an optical audio cable. With digital signals, either the cable works or it doesn't work, and this one certainly works. So don't go paying or 0 for some Monster BS... this will satisfy everything you require.
And for those who are wondering, optical audio or HDMI are the only ways to send a surround-sound signal from one home theater device to another. Component uses RCA for audio (the Red, White, Yellow plugs) which are only stereo.

Nothing exciting. The build quality seems ok enough, I'm using it to plug in a computer into my stereo system and it works fine. Good price. Only thing missing would be an optical mini-jack to toslink adapter, which I needed for my computer end, but it was no biggie, I had several of those sitting around from some other optical cables I'd bought in the past.

Well... it works!
If you only care that the product works... well it does. My main issue is that the connector does not snap and lock into place like many other optical cables. The fit is very loose, but once you have it to the point where its connected and the cable does not move.... it works. Great sound quality and everything. Nice product...very poor choice of designe.

works like a charm! no issues at all. not the highest, thickest quality cable around, but with digital signals, I don't think you necessarily need that.
Great item and a reasonable price
I purchased three HDMI cords and one optical cord from this source. Recently one of the HDMI was used to hook up a new Sony LCD TV. Overall picture and sound quality are excellent. It does not make sense to buy the more expensive HDMI cords that local stores (Best Buy, Frys..) have. Very pleased with the quick delivery and quality.

The sound of Music.

I bought two of these because when I got my home theater system it only had one audio input so I had to put in a switcher. They plug in great and the sound quality is great, I mean it is digital, you get all or nothing unlike analog cables.

This isn't the only Mediabridge cable I have ever purchased. I also bought the Mediabridge HDMI cable, and I am completely satisfied with their quality construction. Mediabridge is giving Belkin a run for their money. Can you believe that similar cables are at Walmart? Note to Self: Buy all your cables on Amazon, and you'll save a fortune!

Great and cheap
Paid less than for this and had free shipping. It works fine and was a perfect length from my printer placed on an entertainment center next to my desk where the computer is placed. Great deal compared to electronics stores.

I bought this printer cable to replace my old one that somehow got bent. This one works great, no problems! The price is unbeatable! Stores charge you .99-.99 for the same type of cable! I don't see why anyone would EVER purchase one of these from a retail store when you can get it on Amazon at the best price!

I purchased this cable to connect a second printer to my computer. The cable arrived in an easy to open plastic bag instead of the Fort Knox-like hard plastic shell packages. After undoing a couple of twist ties I was ready to go.
The set-up was 30 seconds with no way to make a mistake with which end for the printer and which one for the computer. I printed a page and the copy spit right out, so all was good.

Don't overpay at the big box stores, this works great!
Having been forced into needed a 16' cord after purchasing a new printer I was literally shocked at how much it was costing at the major retail chains. You would think you would get a great price, but this item proves thier "specialty" length cords can be purchased at an affordable rate.
Great cord, great price, I've had it in use for over a month and can't tell a difference in the one that cost 4x more.
