The adapter shipped in a timely manner BUT the package was destroyed by USPS. I feel that had the product been shipped in an actual BOX instead of just being wrapped up and taped together, it might not have been so torn up. Fortunately, the adapter was still in good shape and worked as stated. If you are looking for this OEM Microsoft XBOX 360 AC Power Adapter to be in a pretty box especially made just for the power adapter it isn't. I was lucky the adapter arrived in one piece considering how it was wrapped to ship and what the USPS did to it.

It works...
...which is all I needed it to do. I sent it overseas to Afghanistan and there have been no complaints so far. It is being used with the latest version of the XBOX 360 that uses the 175 watt adapter.
Sceptical at first, Works like a champ
I was so scared about buying a replacement power supply offline because im deployed and dont' really have much time to be dealing with sending stuff back. This product works perfectly on my xbox 360 elite. Very good product and fast as heck shipping to the desert!
