this is a great mount. only need to find 1 stud for mounting. start to finish took about 30 min. a little tricky to hook up wires. if you r careful you can put it on 1 hook and hold it out from the wall to give you a little more room to work (two people would be safer). after install the back of your tv sits about 2 fingers off the wall. i used it for a 32 inch plasma.

Western Digital 500 GB SATA OEM Desktop Hard Drive WD5000AADS (Caviar Green)

I purchased three of these drives for placement in my HP EX495 1.5TB Mediasmart Home Server ( Black) a little over a month ago. So far they are running just great. These drives are very quiet. I have the server in my basement and when I am downstairs working, I cannot even tell the server is running except for the lights on the front of it. The Caviar Green drives run 10 to 15 degrees cooler than the Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 1.5 TB SATA 32 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Hard Drive ST31500341AS that came with the unit, even when backing up data. They idle at about 80 degrees and max out at 95 degrees. I have seen the Seagate as high as 110 degrees. Yes they are only 5400rpm compared to the Seagate, but for a server that is just backing up the computers in the house and streaming music & video they are more than adequate.

My father was recently hospitalized and is now spending much more time in bed than before. Moving the large TV into his bedroom was not an option, so I purchased this from a local retailer. The following notes are after a couple of days usage.

Pros: this is a very compact unit and is not too heavy. It fits on a hospital bed table (like this one: Hospital Overbed/Over Bed Top Table Computer Tray ). This allows his caregivers to move the TV to easy viewing distance and is a real plus. I was concerned that the unit would be unbalanced, but the weighted base is more stable than I originally imagined. It seemed like it took a long time to find all the channels on his cable system during the initial setup, although I have not done this often enough with other TVs to judge. Finally, the basic controls are on the left side of the unit, and the TV can be operated without the remote.

Cons: The remote is not designed for use by an older person with declining eyesight. The controls on the side have no contrasting labels, only labels molded into the black plastic, and unless you have good lighting, it is difficult to use them. In my fathers case, the caregivers will probably be the only ones who can operate the TV.

One additional point, which was a pro for my situation. The plug is two-prong polarized, which works with my father's very old electrical wiring. A three-prong plug would have been a problem for me.

In our case, I placed the unit near the riser for the over bed table. This left a lot of space for other things if needed.

Recommended for anyone who wants a decent quality, small footprint TV.

AWESOME LITTLE TV...
This little TV is great for a kitchen or as a small tv for a guest room or childs room. The remote is simple and concise. Setup is a breeze. Wall mounts easily. The picture is excellent. The viewing angle is excellent. I researched alot of 19" LCD TV's and decided on this one. Many other 19" tv's have a poor viewing angle...this one does not. The picture is clear. You will not go wrong with this TV. I have mine connected to a small radio shack Hi-DEF off-air antenna for the kitchen. I was amazed that I gets over 20 HD channels on it. The antenna is small and mounted outside. I would really compare this TV to Sony, Samsung. Its just as good. Not to mention the price..wow..it was about the same price as the bargain, off-brand TV"s. You wont go wrong with this little beauty! Youll see every pimple on American Idol! Whew hooh!!!!

Delivered in a timely manner and as advertised. This is a nice TV. Took it out of the box and hooked it up with no problems. Picture quality does depend on the quality of the input signal, think about it. I have it hooked up to a good cable signal and the picture is great. Nice selection of inputs. Only complaint is the speaker volume. In a quiet room there wouldn't be a problem. I watch it while riding my Airdyne exercise bike and it needs the aux. speakers I hooked up to it so I can hear it above the ambient noise. Still was a good buy.


Great product for the money!
I bought this TV for the kitchen to replace a 13" that I had in there that was pretty old. This is the perfect size for the countertop and is easy to use, works great and has a great picture! The digital tuner works great with my cable provider and overall I am very pleased with the price and the purchase! If you are looking for a good buy and a solid product, look no further.

I don't know if there is a quality control problem with this radio, what with the mixed reviews, but I've had nothing but good luck with this device since my purchase in late August 2009.

The radio tunes to ALL of our local stations beautifully, & the sound is actually quite good for such a small & inexpensive radio. The push button on/off feature as well as the curved tuner & volume knobs are great for use with damp hands. The ease of use & the sound quality make the Conair SR12 better than any of the 3 shower radios I've had, one of which cost 3x as much.

I'm going to buy a couple more for use in the backyard & at the beach. I'll let you know if those match my experience thus far.

Good Buy

This radio is GREAT!!! I live in Los Angeles, I like JackFM and it comes in perfectly! I love it when something that is so cheap makes me so happy! This radio was .99, A BARGAIN!!! She can hang it anywhere in the shower to enhance the reception too. Works much better than one which sticks to the wall. Worth reading reviews of this product which helped.

Very satisfied with this camcorder, great performer for the price. I wanted something for just simple home videos, but wanted HD. Simple to use, and its small size makes it easy to carry. I was surprised at how small it is, and if I have one complaint it's the size. Only because my hand is large and it's awkward to press the record button due to the small size. Low light videos are so so, and I've come to the realization that recording SD instead of HD for indoor recordings produces close to the same quality.
Battery life appears to be good, and just the internal memory is enough for most home video recordings.
Definitely a good camera for the money.

Does what it's supposed to!
Bought as a travel charger for the DCR-SR47 camcorder with the NPFH50 battery. Haven't used the DC car adapter just the AC wall charger. Worked perfectly! I didn't keep track of the charge time, just left it charging overnight. Woke up and it was fully charged. Overall it's a simple yet very good product.

Canon PowerShot SX200IS 12.1 MP Digital Camera with 12x Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 3.0-inch LCD (Red)

I think this is a good camera and would recommend it.

The two complaints that I read about is that the popup flash is annoying and the zoom feature is disabled in video recording mode.

I actually think the popup flash is a great feature. People haven't liked the fact that you can't disable it by keeping it from poping up. This is true, but an important feature that people failed to mentioned when I was reading the reviews is that the flash is actually really easy to push down with your left index finger and that when you push it down, the flash is automatically disabled. So this is a quick and easy feature to disable the flash and not an annoying design problem. So forget the flash as a problem and think of it as a feature.

The other problem is not having zoom when recording videos. It actually turns out that you can't change the optical zoom while videoing, but the digital zoom still functions just fine. While it would be best to have optical zoom functioning, the problem with that is that the noise from the optical zoom motors would kill the audio in the recording. So having the digital zoom work instead sacrifices video quality for audio quality for zoom functions. Of course you'd like both, but at least you know what you're giving up optical zoom for...

I guess I also read that the Panasonic competitive product has a better screen for viewing pictures. this may be true, but I guess I don't miss what I haven't experienced. The screen on this camera is just fine.

Love the 12x optical zoom. That's the reason I bought the camera.

Bottom line is that I think this is a good camera for the price. If you have the budget and want better pictures, buy a better camera, but this is just fine for taking pictures of the family, vacations, etc.

Nice high quality easy to use, with excellent photo quality
I bought this camera for my wife for her trip to Peru. She broke the last point-and-shoot I bought her and I'm actually glad she did! This camera takes fantastic photos, and I do mean fantastic! I told my wife she needed to review the manual with this one and really learn how to use her camera so she could get the most out of it. I'm not sure she really needed to because the easy function is really, well, easy. The vividness of the colors in the shots was simply outstanding.

The zoom was one of the main reasons I chose this camera because I knew she would be in the mountains and be taking a lot of scenery shots. With 12MP you can crop quite a bit but the zoom did come in handy.

The only cons I can think of is the night shot settings. I think the easy button doesn't quite cut it there, but with manual settings I'm sure it will work just fine. Also, the first shot speed is a bit lagged (confirming what was reported in Consumer Reports).

All in all I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced compact camera with a short learning curve. (when I saw all of the photos she took I had to ask her when she became such good photographer!)

I bought this computer for my wife. It came with Windows 7 Starter. I installed Microsoft Office and have been very pleased with the performance of the machine with 1 GB of memory. It is basically a machines for web surfing and some light duty software. It is very portable and convenient. I installed Skype and was able to get everything working in less than 1/2 hour. There is one minor irritation with the power supply jack. It will lose contact if you move the computer just very slightly. I am going to call HP and find out whether this is a defect on my machine.

Great Netbook!!
I love my new netbook!! I would highly recommend buying the 8 hour battery pack for it though... I HAVE IT AND COULDN'T IMAGINE THE 3 HOUR! I never want to get off of this little computer because it's so small and I can make myself comfortable when I'm using it.

Cute, quick, and cool!
Good battery life, good processor. The computer is fast and easy to use. Comfortable and well designed keyboard. The only problem is that the microphone and earphones have a combined entrance.

I had a Wii disc with a disc read error. I tried rubbing out the scratches with toothpaste, along with several of the other most recommended scratch removal techniques, all to no avail. I bought this despite all the bad reviews, and followed the directions precisely. I still got the disc read error after the first pass, but after the second pass the disc is working again. The Skip Dr was easy to set up, easy to use, worked as advertised, and was cheaper than buying another copy of the game - even a used one, since the game is a recent release. I can't find any reason to give it less than 5 stars.

Made my 2yr old happy
I was so happy when my Skip Dr. arrived that I grabbed all the scratched dvds and began cleaning away. Now my 2yr old isn't crying because Nemo froze mid Mt.Wannahokaloogi. The house dvd player is alittle more forgiving than the van's player though. A couple of the dvds don't get recognized anymore. I would highly recommend this to anyone faced with a dvd that skips or freezes on you. It made our little guy very happy.


Great product - only drawback is that the buffer wheel is only good for 50 uses.
So far so good with this product. The only complaint is that the orange buffer wheel - according to the product guide - is good for only 50 uses. I suppose that you could use it more than that but I wonder if the outcome would be as good. I have only used it on my Wii games that my three year old has gotten into. Most of the ones that I cleaned and repaired worked the first time that I put the disk back into the Wii - only one had to be put through the process twice.


Skip DR. Scratch Repair System Worth its weight in DVD's!
It's small, it is compact, and it very simple to use. Because of it I have literally saved about 100 of my Kid's DVD's and Video Games that we thought were ruined, and a few of our own movies that were "borrowed - but not well taken care of by our "adult" children and or friends.

Do yourself a favor. Invest in one of these and save yourself some money and headaches. Sometimes the VERY WORST can not be saved, but so far all but one of our DVD's has been brought back to life.

Great Product
I bought two other off-brand products to repair my CD and had to return them. They only cleaned my disc, but did not repair scratches as advertised. I've been steered toward using this brand by many people and am glad I finally ordered it.
